We have an offering:

Through four years of severe austerities and distribution of the Holy Name via our records and stage performances from coast to coast, Whisper and I have found that the inhabitants of Ithaca, New York are thirsty for the sri Krishna Sankirtan. So much so, that after two years of finishing our tour here, we had been invited to host a regular kirtan at the Ahimsa Yoga studio, invited again to commence the program over the winter this third year. After three years, have been blessed with a beautiful house that we offer as an ashram to Srila Gurudeva, the deity of lord Chaitanya and the Radha-Syamasudara stone.

Our consistency has attracted a third aspiring Vaishnava, named Buffalo-Turtle-Snowflake Jim who has begged me to read the Bhagavad-Gita As It Is to Him. During the Third chapter we were blessed with a house to care for the deities and maintain a regular sadhana-bhakti yoga program in.

This acquisition was not an easy task but rather than maintain a false sense of proprietorship, Whisper, Jim and I would like to offer this ashrama to srila Gurudeva and his Vaishnavas as a sanctuary and outpost for the teachings of srila Gurudeva and the Vaishnava Acharyas.

You can consider this an invitation to come and discipline us, for we are merely chanting fools with no real knowledge of Chaitanya Chritamrita or Srimad Bhagavatam. We chant from the fire set in my heart by young Dwarakadisha Das Kamhout and Jagad Guru Siddhaswarupananda and are requesting bhjana siksa and training in the Vaishnava way.

We will maintain this ashram to the best standards as shown to me by Jagad Guru's disciples and pray for visits from his and srila Gurudeva's messengers.

Please consider our four years of distance from any Vaishnava community, how we long for Vaishnava association and and how difficult it is to maintain integrity in the separation from sri Guru and his disciples.

I think it is important I let you know what we are doing. Ghandolff Prahbu and I have been on the road for many years together, and have finally found a very good community in Ithaca, New York, and have been invited by a master Yogini to maintain a regular Sadhanna-Bhakti-Yoga program at her yoga studio. There are many nice and sincere people coming to our weekly gathering, and they are interested in meeting other devotees and learning more about the process and about Krsna. This is very overwhelming for us, because it is just the two of us maintaining the program, and we have no association except each other. Things have come together very nicely, and it is essentially time that we reach out to Gurudava's community to invite the wandering mendicant to come and bless Ithaca with Gurudeva's mercy.

These Deities of Lord Chaitanya and Radha-Syamasundara came to us in the most peculiar ways in the most improbable places and at very specific turning points in our spiritual path. We are merely simple Bhaktas and we feel niether worthy or qualified to properly serve this form of Radhe-Syama.

We are all alone out here, PLEASE come teach us how to do the right kind of service for these deities and be pleasing to Srila Gurudeva.

If you look closely at this stone you can see Radhe-Syamasundara, Goloka Vrindavan and the causal ocean beneath.
