If I dont do them, I wont be engaged in any kind of service. Writing these songs and making these videos keeps me concentrated on Good things.

Gurudev told me once on the phone to make beautiful music and preach all over the world. At first I thought That is huge!! How could I do that? Then I thought It would be easy cus I already wrote so many songs.

But, Suddenly I realised that Srila Gurudeva said the descriptive word BEAUTIFUL ..So HOW do I know if my music is beautiful???

So one day I sang my song, Sweet Hari Kathaa, to Srila Gurudeva. It was a little frightening in front of all those devotees and when the automatic music poped on the synthesizer, I could see Syamarani Prabhu, make a face. ***nerves wracking*** Luckily the devotees accepted me (Syamarani too) and Srila Gurudev was tapping His feet!

At the end he said that it was beautiful.....BEAUTIFUL!!! THAT was the word! My CUE!! That !day I decided that I was doing ok!

**aah, fond memories***sigh**

i am ashamed to say that after so many yrs of learning about Krishna...i never learned to put on tilak!what i really like about the video is that i can watch it as many times as i need without having to ask over and over again.
this is a very valuable service you are doing.im not a musical person personally but what Srila Gurudeva said was amazing.i think its your destiny to be able to share this now when there is youtube.also you look like a normal person,so people can relate to you.
i would like to meet you at the festival.are you going to italy?

When gurudev says the word beautiful it has so much more potency then when any of us ever say it so if he said its beautiful and he is envisioning the highest class of beauty then you really know that there is endless deapth with in his words and blessings. whaaat a cute story!! esspecially how guruji was tapping his feet !Your videos are soooo cool keep alwaays singing and dancing gandarvike ....
