What would you like to see on the menu at a vegetarian restaurant?

I'm creating a menu for our restaurant in San Rafael, California called Radiance. The menu is going to be simple but creative and plentiful at the same time. We will have a specials menu that will be ever-changing. You know, Srimati Radhika never cooks the exact same dish twice for her beloved Sri Krsna, so the Radiance menu will be full of tasty surprises. Please don't forget to mention some delightful desserts, and breath-taking beverages as well. JAYA SRI KRSNA PRASAD !

There is no doubt how this prasadam restaraunt is going to please our Srila Gurudev and Sri Guru-varga
while gratifying and tantalizing the senses of those fortunate to honor the Lords remanence. And we all know the spiritual benefits and ajata-sukriti.
Our friend and fellow kirtaniyah, Sriman Agnidev prabhu also has years experience with this mediam of seva.
I hope he will give some guidance and pointers. He has a restaraunt in Santa Rosa, Ca.
Radiance is a "Must Do" for everyone....!
