We must have some moods at the time of arati. It should not be performed without mood. When you are making an offering, you will also have to have mood. It may be the mood of Yasoda Ma, who is offering everything to Krsna and then distributing to all others. Or, if your svarupa (constitut…

This is a response to those who are inviting me to join Sri Aurobindo Forum via Sanga Space. I am not interested. I have to follow what our acaryas teach. That's all. Forgiveness for any offences but i have to stick to the bhakti cult of Sri Gaurangadev.
My Dear Balmukundji,
Please accept my blessings. I am in due receipt of your letter dated the 6th instant, and noted the contents.
In my last letter I advised you that your Devanagari Lipi class should begin by chanting Hare Krsna Mantra, bu…

Devotee - in the spiritual world do we all serve under Radharani ?
SGGM - Under the guidance of Radharani, or under the guidance of Her dear sakhis, asta-sakhi.. So this is our goal of life, ‘kabe hoibo radhara dasi’ Bhaktivinode Thakur says, ‘when shall I be a maidservant of Radharani ?
So when you offer worship to Tulasi devi we cherish this desire, ‘je tomara sarana loy tara vancha purna hoy’, Oh Tulasi devi, Tulasi Maharani you are so very dear to Krishna, Krishna preyasi. One who has taken…

This is yearly business management of the society and organisation of activities. On one side is the sanga, society. The motto of Mahaprabhu movement is ekaki amara nahi paya bala hari nama sankirtane...... Alone i do not find the strenth to chant the holy name of Hari. Single handedly you cannot do anything. We should form a society. Then you can fight against maya or bogus philosophies and establish Mahaprabhus philosophy.
Everything is here in Mahaprabhus movement in the form of krsna katha,…

With One Kick
Know that I am eternally your guide, but if you don’t accept me as your guide, what can I do? If my disciples do not take my guidance, what can I do? By bad association it so happens, so I remain
silent. I see the pricks of mäyä ... You mention that your pathway has become filled with stumbling blocks. But there are no stumbling blocks. I can kick out all those stumbling blocks immediately, provided that you accept my guidance. With one stroke I can kick out all stumbling blocks.…

Once a devotee asked Srila Gurudeva if it would be alright if they followed him on tour. Gurudeva responded by saying if its for bhakti that is ok but not following boys here and there. He went on to point out about the mischief of a minority few when they attend festivals. Anyway in this vein here is a little something for our benefit.
Can you have association with the sadhu like this? We once saw a Babaji
Maharaja who was lying on his bed. He had been going from temple to temple,
always perfo…

Sri Sri Guru Gaurangau Jayatah!
We do not know when we have become averse to God - to our Supreme Master Sri
Krishna. We do not find any date here. We have forgotten our relation with Sri
Krishna from time immemorial. When we became averse to Sri Krishna by misuse of
our relative independence, the illusory energy (external material energy) of Sri
Krishna enveloped us and since then we have been passing through innumerable
cycles of births and deaths.
We reap the fruits of our own good and bad d…

On the event of even a little doubt or neglect surfacing on the part of the disciple towards the bona fide guru, immediately all of the disciple's devotional practices ceases to have any effect. In other words, devotion to the spiritual master is solely the criteria for one's ability to ascertain spiritual truths. (Srila Bhakti Promode Puri Maharaja)

Sri Sri Guru Gaurangau Jayatah!
It will not be wise to devote our valuable time and energy of this precious human birth for mundane affairs and mundane temporary benefits. This 'Brahmanda' is the prison-house of the culprits who are averse to the service of Supreme Eternal Master Sri Krishna.
Culprits cannot expect to get peace in this prison-house. If we want eternal benefit we should submit to Sri Krishna unconditionally and serve Him. Saranagati is the best solution of all problems.
Mundane…

What activities comprise sadhu-sanga? This is a matter of great importance. Generally people think that sadhu-sanga is performed when one identifies a sadhu and massages his feet, offers obeisances to him, honours his caranamrita, takes his remnants or donates some money to…
