Reasonably Healthy Body to Serve Sri Guru and Sri Krishna

Dandavat Prabhus, Some devotees , like myself, are now in an advance age, and usually, pain and illness in our body are starting to set in. It happens also even to younger ones too.

Althought we know that we are not the body, but we need to keep it in reasonably healthy condition to do our seva to Sri Guru and Sri Krishna.

I am practicing ayurvedic yoga healing that involves certain theraphies, like abhianga, garshana and nadi stimulation, to relieve pain, to stimulate the body…

Thank you so much for commenting prabhu. I am glad a godbrother from Cebu is here. Things are fine here in Bacolod. We will be joining an Earthday exhibit here on the 20th wherein we will be displaying about Vaishnava Ecology. Then on the 26th will be an opening of a weeklong book display, exhibit in Panaad Festival. There will be free vegetarian food on the opening and Gurudeva's books will be displayed for public reading and selling. On May, we are thinking of organizing Krishna Night in one of the newest NGO center here. There will be again exhibits of Gurudeva's books and works, vege dinner and Bacolod devotees will perform Kirtan on stage. Quite a challenge but I guess devotees need to practice worldclass kirtan. Hehehe! I will just text you soon prabhu! Thanks! HARE KRISHNA!
