At one point when I was asking Srila Gurudev to bless me, Brajanth Prabhu joked, pointing at my camcorder, that Gurudev should also bless the "Bhakta BlackBox" :)

practicing your mantra meditation daily 3 times. "

Dandavat Prabhus, Some devotees , like myself, are now in an advance age, and usually, pain and illness in our body are starting to set in. It happens also even to younger ones too.

Althought we know that we are not the body, but we need to keep it in reasonably healthy condition to do our seva to Sri Guru and Sri Krishna.

I am practicing ayurvedic yoga healing that involves certain theraphies, like abhianga, garshana and nadi stimulation, to relieve pain, to stimulate the body
