In 1995 I met Gurudeva for the first time, he snatched me up, gave me a room in his temple, and gave me so much mercy. In one of my first darshans he said to me " you should write and perform English music ". At the time I had never had an idea of singing, my voice was nothing special, I liked to write poetry, so I thought well okay I'll get to work and do what Gurudeva suggests. I took his instruction to heart, and have since written and recorded 3 cd's of music. More are on their way! Now I understand why he told me to do this. The songs that I write allow me to connect to Gurudeva, and to Radha and Krishna in a way that I would not experience if I weren't singing to Them. My songs are pure uddipan for me. 98% of the songs I write are devotional love songs to God / Goddess. I write all the songs with my husband Radha Vallabha (also known as Radhaji), he is also my acoustic guitarist and best friend! We are now touring the country with our music to yoga centers and larger churches. We recently signed distribution deals with EMI/Music Design, New Leaf, White Swan for North America. We're very excited about it, as this allows our music to reach far and wide without losing the rights to our songs. We are currently working on our next cd, we hope it will be very beautiful, filled with devotional songs to allow us to connect with our inner most spiritual desire. We have been living in Alachua, FL, for the last 5 years, our house is up for sale (contact me if your interested in moving here!), we plan on moving to some quiet in nature for a while to focus on recording, and raising our kids quietly on top of a mountain somewhere.

Devotional Celtic Renaissance Folk Music and kirtan for mystical seekers of divine love. These songs are flowing from the depths of my soul, where I get to express love for Radha, Krishna, and Gurudeva. The songs are filled with devotional sentiments yet written like the poetry of Wordsworth and Yeats (at Gurudevas instruction). We have a unique presentation of Bhakti music, and for us these songs are our bhajan. Our music has been described as simple, peaceful, exotic, beautiful, emotional and powerful.

Saturday October 24th - 11am - 5pm - Om Gaia Spiritual Center (as above) - Sacred Space Sacred Sound workshop with Krishna Rose and Radhaji - join us for a deep experience into sacred space and sacred sound. Radhaji will teach pranayam techniques to open the energy centers along with guided meditation to enter very deep spaces within, where the Kingdom lies. Krishna Rose will then teach Sacred Sound, learn how to express your innermost natural voice, unblock your fears and self conciousness around singing and enjoy the experience of chanting in full expression, joy and devotion!
