Try to keep your young heart very pure and avoid bad association which brings about all kinds of wrong desires which promise happiness but only give distress>
I am very happy to have nice daughters like you. I still remember how enthusiastic you were in Brazil. When you feel down, remember the good times, and also that everything is temporary: today our mind is disturbed, but tomorrow it will be gone, or maybe just a few moments away...
