Please do not be alarmed at my seeming contradictions of belief. I consider myself a mystic. My life IS my sadhana. I have no religion other than the yoga of the divine beloved, rather I live what I know... and That happens to include more than one Diety. Religion is not a subject I debate.

Love is. Truth is. I just happen to find it beautiful. that is all.

I am associated with the CSE Fellowship in San Jose California. Initiated in 2001 into the Kriya Yoga tradition. My sadhana is personal and private, including meditation, mantra, kirtan. I honor all Gurus of the KRSNA consciousness path, as well as those of Kriya and Raja Yoga.
For fun, I belly dance, and participate in drumming circles that honor our divine inheritance.
I am a stay-at-home-mom, with two beautiful young children, and a home that rings with the joy of loving Krishna, and the smells of good vegetarian cooking and temple incense.

I am a Breast cancer survivor.
