Visited Vrindavan 2007 which was a life changing experience and brought me closer to Krishna. I plan on visiting Swami Radhanath Maharaj in Mumbai 2008. Nice to get your inquiry. Well at this point you should keep taking the warm water, honey and lime juice mixture. It is very purifying and cleansing to your system organs. The best herb to add is Ginger tea. This you can drink throughout the day and will increase your immune system and help with the cough/flu symptoms. Self body massage with sesame oil is great too, after the shower.

I am most interested in your field of Ayurvedic practice. Seems the more we're balanced physically(both subtle & gross)the less distractions from our spiritual application. For some it takes great effort to "give up" the past medicine system of West and trust the signs of the body.
