About Me:: I'm a tangled mess of contradictions:
- I believe sri harinam seva under Gurudeva's divine shelter is topmost- yet am such a vishayee its extremely hard to chant regularly(some days lots of harinam; some days very little)
-love to hear and read harikatha -yet the tv remote has to be pryed from my unwilling hands past my bedtime
-big advocate of loving affectionate dealings especially amongst our sanga - yet I just love to see MMA fighters beat the holy crap out of each other
-I adore Gurudeva's illumination of the maidservants of Srimati Radhika's left-wing moods -yet I'm a staunch politically right-wing conservative
- I like to eat a healthy diet and exercise daily -yet I'm prone to overeat (emotionally) especially evenings and take rest too late
-I'm NOT a conspiracy theorist -except when it comes to conspiracies against natural remedies, herbal medicines, ayurvedic remedies, and folk remedies which the AMA & "Big Pharmaceutical" find threaten their profits
-prefer natural foods and remedies (if man made it; don't take it)
-I'm into: Shilajit, MSM, Maca, Yerba Mate, Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth, Goji berries, Oil Pulling, Wheat grass, organic milk from happy devotee cows, urine therapy, sun gazing, hindu squats, hindu pushups, bridging with nose and forehead to mat, shoulder stand, japa walking, green herb grazing and much, much more!
-STRONGLY against the idea that drugs ie. marijuana, cocaine, opiates, amphetemines, "ecstasy" , LSD, botanical psychedelics etc. etc. etc. and alcohol etc. can ENHANCE our Krishna consciousness never, never & NEVER - been there; done that. Tried 'em all. Even did 3+ yrs prison time for drug smuggling! Intoxication is a formidable trap of maya's domain.
-I believe the main problem causing strife in this world is a predominance of purusha-bhava or the ego that "I am an enjoyer". The solution: cultivation of a foundation of dasya-bhava "I am a servant of the Lord." There's enough service for everyone- no scarcity. There's only one Enjoyer- Rasaraja Sri Krishna (especially when He is submissive to Sri Radha!)

Its Time to Boil the Milk!

I remember in 1972 or 1973 Srila Prabhupada told us, "Now we have enough centers and devotees and its time to 'boil the milk'. As milk is boiled down it gets thicker and sweeter. Secret, Rasik-katha and Amorus pastimes are in Gurudeva's heart!

I am feeling a joyus confidence in our Srila Gurudeva, Srila Prabhupada and indeed our entire Rupanuga sampradaya! When I read some of Gita Govinda, I felt nervous by that katha. I know I'm not eligable to read such katha without my mind being agitated due to my own material contamination. What is sanga

In my past, especially after Srila Prabhupada left my vision and before I met my beloved Shiksha-Guru, Srila Gurudeva I have done many nonsense and rascal things.
