At my initiation I was told the following:-
1. No intoxication of any kind.
2. No gambling of all sorts.
3. No illicit sex.
4. No eating of meat or seafood or eggs.
5. To chant 16 rounds a day or more.
6. Shun useless conversations.
7. To recite 100 verses of the Bhagavad Gita daily.
8. Associate with devotees.
