Our body is NOT A RECYCLING BIN, therefore unless we come to PROPER BODY NOURISHMENT and harmful chemicals free environment according to set up goodness principles we never will be able to feel comfortable to follow rules and regulations of our devotional practices. We will not be able to sleep even 6 hours or less and our japa will be “sleepy” and we will go nowhere.
For a long time I was quite proud and arrogant towards mother nature and her GIFT.
I forgot that this BODY actually IS our GIFT. A rare and valuable GIFT. How could I forget it?
Convincing myself with success that I am not this body and that I am “transcendental” to this body I unintentionally used to perform a huge torture and dull indifference towards it. I was unaware how offensive it was and how I will be punished in the future with passion and ignorance effects for it in the form of various diseases and weaknesses instead of being REWARDED with fine intelligence, an extra over floating fresh energy of enthusiasm and more devotion to my spiritual masters.

We MUST BE EATING whole, natural, and enzyme active foods that have not been refined, processed, overcooked or preserved with chemicals. These actions, plus microwaving and the new problem of food irradiation with Cobalt-60 and Cesium 137 render our foods lifeless and devoid of any enzyme activity.
All life processes depend on enzyme function.
When ENZYMES are deplete, so is our vital force and health.
ENZYMES are involved in moving our hands and legs, and even in the process of thinking. If ENZYMES were lost, all the functions of our body would fail.
For example, imagine you taking a sunflower seed and boiling it in water. Then planting it in fertile soil next to a raw sunflower seed.
Do you understand the difference ? The concept of bio-energetic nutrition (the electromagnetic or vibrational qualities of LIVING food) now becomes real... as only the raw and unheated seed will sprout.

By the way our body is our first ADDRESS, where we took shelter to fulfill our dreams and ambitions. Therefore why not to give to it a PROPER CARE ?
Eventually if we do not take care about body as our REWARDING INSTRUMENT,
W H E R E will we live? Definitely, in pain, NOT in a BLISS.
On the spiritual progressive level of nistha we will have not less than 80 per cent of qualities made of goodness potency and power. According to Srimad Bhagavatam consciousness in mode of goodness is clear, fearless, senses are detached from matter and there is detachment from material mind. And what to say about dominant RAJA GUNA influence, before reaching nistha stage and being on the lower stages of our spiritual life? Symptoms of raja-guna are such as distortion of intelligence, inability to disentangle the senses from material objects, UNHEALTHY working condition of physical organs, unsteady perplexity of mind.
