I remember the following from that whole beautiful lecture :-

Prabhupada/Swami maharaj : Tatra laulyam api mulyam ekalam janma koti sutratair na labhyate
(that eagerness for the love of Krishna can not be achieved even by pious activities for millions of births, but it can be achieved, How? Simply by association and hearing from a Pure devotee of Krishna)
