About Me:

I was very,very fortunate to be brought up living in such a beautiful place as Bhaktivedanta Manor until I was 8 and then Chaitanya college until 12. I had a wonderfull experience being in gurukula with great teachers, mentors and friends. I am so grateful for never having eaten meat and hearing Krishnas Names and Pastimes for my whole life. After gurukula I was sent to a convent school which I hated but in hindsight has given me a broader view of the world, diffferent religious beliefs and a good education. I am also blessed to have met and married an amazing man, Narottam Das, who also went to gurukula and has similar life experiences to me. We have been together for 13 years or so and have 2 beautiful sons, Bhakti ( 11 y) and Jayan ( 9y ). I have spent alot of time observing and asssociating with different cultures and societies and am constantly drawn back to the beauty, depth and wealth of Krishna Conciousness. I am unfortunate in the fact I have never surrendered to a Guru, yet fortunate to have been in the presence of and accepted guidence from both Srila Prabhupada and Narayan Maharaj. I love coming to the different gatherings and festivals and chanting Krishnas names. I love all my devoteee friends and pray I remain in your association forever.
