Last year I just spent 10 months in New Zealand caring for my brother Bhakti Rasa who was dieing from cancer. Luckily with Gurudevs mercy they met in Auckland and my brother took shelter from then on. His love increased for Gurudev that he took Gopal mantra in March and was one pointed from then on. By Srila Gurudevs and Srila Prabhupadas mercy, He left this world on 24th September 08 chanting Hare Krsna 6 times before he left this world.
IWe both met the devotees for the first time at the ISKCON temple in Christchurch. He joined a year before me. It was so wonderful to have a family member who had the same interests and goals in life.
For quite a few years my husband and I did a variety of services in ISKCON and then in 1999 we met Srila Narayana Maharaja due to our good fortune. A year late we took diksa from him and have never looked back. Our lives have never been the same.
During the years that I have been with Srila Gurudev, I have been fortunate to be trained by Syamarani didi in the arts of painting. I still have a very long way to have any qualifications to actually capture the essence of the pastimes of Radha and Krsna (many life times). With Gurudevs mercy this is the only way that it can be possible.
Now I am praying that I will always remain at the shelter of his lotus feet.
Always trying to do the best in serving him.

All glories to Sri Guru and Sri Gauranga.
We are running a gurukul for poor children in Bangalore. This year we shall provide free education, prasadam and medical help to about 40 children. Gurukul children in the past year have obtained excellent grades in the school.
This year total initial needs for admission fees and book work out to be $3000. If you can help with a small chunk of this money, we shall appreciate very much.
