Tulasi and Vrnda

I received this information from Brajanath just a few days ago. Perhaps most of you already knew this about Tulasi and Vrnda sakhis but I was uncertain about the distinction between them. I feel so fortunate to have someone like Srila Gurudeva who can answer all of these questions for me!

What Srila Gurudeva Told Me

“Srila Narayana Maharaja was once asked by one of his temple presidents whether or not gay devotees should be allowed to live in his centers. He replied that everyone was welcome to join his temples as long as they followed the rules and regulations. He added that Srila Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada wanted all types of people to join Lord Caitanya’s movement, and this was also his desire.”

Several days ago my mothers soul departed from this world. God bless the departed soul.
I want to thank all of you who have been there for me and given me support during the past several months while my Mother was batteling pancreatic cancer.
This has meant alot to me and I'm eternaly grateful. Krishna Conciousness has taught me the real purpose of my life. I'm grateful to Srila Prabhupada and Srila Gurudeva who has once again reminded me that the purpose of this life is to do Hari Bhajan. My Mothers soul is now free and is no longer going through pain & suffering. I am grateful for the time I was able to spend with her, and for the honor of serving her.
Thank you all again for being part of my life.

Your photos look beautiful. Panca Tattva looks absolutely georges. Once upon a time I used to dress panca tattva. Then the temple was sold and Thakurjis were sent to Italy. Now I dress my own thakurjis.
