Vana Maharaj told me that Gurudeva likes very much of banana leaves.

Anyone know how to prepare nice banana leaves?

No-one can eat banana leaves! You mean banana flower.
Srila Gurudeva likes this very much, also jackfruit subzi is his favourite.

no, banana peel. but i guess you could offer banana leaves to Gurudeva if you were Vidhura's wife. Bhakti makes everything taste good.

Thank you for your answer. In fact that is what I meant, banana peel, peau de banane in french (banana skin). I heard Gurudéva likes sandesh, is this in the figurative sense or the proper one ? Sandesh being a bengali sweet or a message, isn'it ? Jaya. His cooking used to be done with olive oil, but some time ago, his diet changed, no more cooking with olive oil ! Once I made ghee with very nice organic butter. I brought it from France in my suitcase, carrefully packed, expecting some leaks of course, and that what happened. Once in Rupa Sanatana Goudiya Matha one devotee informed me that it was poison for Gurudéva, but allright for the deities. No ghee for Guru.
