Health Tips
1. Do not eat processed white sugar. Use chemical free jaggery (gur) instead.
2. Do not eat polished rice, eat raw rice (red rice if possible) instead. Polished rice and white sugar give diabetes.
3. Take 2 cow urine tablets made from Indian cow urine on empty stomach every morning. This cures about 120 diseases and increases your immunity to diseases.
4. Eat about 5 neem leaves every day.
5. If you have any eyesight problems, then wear pin-hole spectacles for half an hour a day to improve your eyesight. Take one tea-spoonful triphala curna with honey to improve eyesight.
6. Do not wear clothes made from synthetic fiber. Use cotton clothes instead, so your skin can breathe better.
7. Ground yourself! Walk bare-foot at least half an hour a day on lawn or ground. So you can get rid of static electricity in your system.
8. Do not drink water right after eating. Drink water before the meal.
9. Do not eat yogurt in the night time.
10. Eat a light meal before you sleep. Your dinner should be taken at least 3 hours before you sleep.
11. Never stay awake after 10 pm. 10pm to 1pm is the best time for relaxing the body.
12. Do not sleep keeping your feet towards east or south. Your head should be towards south or east. Otherwise magnetic field alignment will disturb you.
13. Eat sweets if any only after the meal. This will improve your digestion.
14. Observe ekadasi fast (take only non-grains prasadam on ekadasi).
15. Chant Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare incessantly. This will keep your fit now and forever.
