Hare Krsna & all glories to Sri Sri Guru & Gauranga! Very nice comment Dhanistah Devi about your son. I spend sometimes 5 or 6 or more hours at a time massaging clients/patients in my work. I hold acupressure points for enough time to do the Maha Mantra. Each point gets a whole Hare Krsna Hare Krsna Krsna Krsna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare then I move to the next point. I always do acupressure on every client silently. This way they get blessings & I get my mantras in. The vibration enters their bodies I am sure as we are a huge % water. I am booked solid three days a week so they must be feeling the mantra. Gurudeva says if you don't carry the beads chant out loud. I have to be quiet in the massage but I chant in my head.

Love the title of this group. I am new. Here is a nice story. My eldest son is in Melbourne. He is an osteopath. He started chanting just as the relationship he was in was breaking up. He said he has coped so well because the chanting took all the monkeys out of his head. He said that when he treats his patients the chanting is still going on without him having to think about it!! He is very amazed! I believe that it is the one place to thrown that energy, that emotion from our entanglement with maya so these monkeys do not drive us nuts. A lot easier than trying to park it and meditate!! And it washes and cleans so much. I had come from the meditation path to Krsna. Undoubtedly this is easier and more effective. The power of the Maha Mantra is awesome! It opens all doors!!
