Comment by Revati dd on April 20, 2009 at 9:49am: ...when we think of srila prabhupad's concept of "SIMPLE LIVING AND HIGH THINKING"..... what are the things that come to our mimd? ohh! its sO hOt, i nEEd an a.c.! then...nO! its a hussle to start the fire!...how bout my "laptop"???...i want cOld drInks with my piZZa!...cnt get to town by a push bike, So tiring. . zzzzz and so on..... and so forth...... in the age of kali yuga people are dependants of its so called "modern inventions" the root cause of the unending war in iraq, the melting of ice in the northe pole, the shortage of job etc etc etc Cnt we live again peacefully in the villages, underneath the coconut and banana trees surrounded by the vegetables we grow, beside the crystal clean river? i know its almost a dream to achieve this goal but its POSSIBLE...
