The name of the Temple @ Govardhan where we go to at Annakut

Dandavats, I am looking for the name of the Temple where we go to from Sri Giridhari GM carrying plates of offerings on our heads on the Annakut Festival day during Govardhan Parikrama.
I'd also like to know who has established this Temple and any other available information.

... Otherwise, the Temple is situated by the end of the Parikrama, when we already passed the left turn towards Sri Giridhari GM and going towards Manasi Ganga.. on the right hand side... pretty much where the Govardhan town already begins.
